The Home Service is designed for those who rent a property and need to prepare a rental agreement (with all that this entails, such as registering with the Revenue Agency and choosing the flat-rate tax).

The office also offers advice and assistance regarding tax deductions for building renovation costs (36% and 50%) and for energy requalification interventions (55% and 65%).

Documents for drafting a rental agreement

  • Photocopy of the Landlord(s)' identity documents and tax code (copy of the identity card or other document with personal data - copy of the tax card or the new health card, for non-EU citizens, a permit or residence card)

  • IBAN code of the Landlord's bank for any rent transfers

  • Photocopy of the Tenant's identity documents and tax code (copy of the identity card or other document with personal data - copy of the tax card or the new health card, for non-EU citizens, permit or residence card)

  • Additional documentation for subsidized rent contracts (square footage of the rooms in the property subject to the contract)

  • Documentation for temporary contracts (University registration booklet, employment letter, etc.)

  • Photocopy of land registry documentation (land registry search, property deed)

  • Millesimal tables (property, heating, water)

  • Administrative and technical documentation for system safety, testing certificate and energy certification, APE (Energy Performance Certificate)
